Austen is a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate specializing in the opportunities and challenges of overwhelm, relationships, and self growth. Austen is dedicated to helping individuals navigate their habitual patterns and become more embodied in their experience. In addition to providing a nonjudgemental space, he will support you in rediscovering your innate compassion, resilience, and authentic self.
Austen's therapeutic approach is rooted in Internal Family Systems (IFS), which views individuals as complex beings with diverse parts, all deserving of care. His practice integrates mindfulness, humor and compassion - informed by his experiences as a new father, husband, musician, and meditation instructor. Austen believes in the transformative power of understanding and nurturing our internal parts. By fostering a welcoming and affirming space, he aims to help you feel seen, understood, and valued.
