Navigating cultural stress can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to do it alone.
This winter, we’re offering a 10-week virtual support group for Hispanic adults (18+) who want a safe, culturally-aware space to process the emotional impact of recent events in our city. Together, we’ll slow down, share stories, and practice grounding skills designed to support resilience and emotional wellbeing. This group is meant to feel welcoming and supportive--somewhere you can show up as yourself, connect with others, and find a little more steadiness. If you’re looking for community, encouragement, or just a place to breathe, you are welcome here. Somatic + Art Therapy Group

Looking for a space to express yourself, feel supported, and reconnect with your body? This group blends art-making with simple movement and body-awareness practices to help you explore your emotions, manage stress, plan for the future, and feel more like yourself.

Perimenopause Support Group

Our perimenopause support group offers a compassionate space for women navigating the physical, emotional, and relational changes that often arise during this transition. Guided by a skilled therapist, the group provides education, practical coping strategies, and meaningful connection with others who truly understand what you’re experiencing. Together, we explore mood shifts, identity changes, stress, sleep concerns, and the impact on daily life—always with respect, validation, and hope. This group is designed to help you feel grounded, supported, and empowered as you move through this important season of life.
