Rachel Seiger (she/her), MSW, LSW

Picture
As a therapist, Rachel journeys alongside her clients, offering a skilled presence and deep listening. Her work is rooted in curiosity, the wisdom of the body, and empathy, with a person-centered approach that honors her clients as the expert of their own life.

Rachel welcomes clients of all identities and is affirming of neurodivergence. She strives to create a safe and supportive space for discovery and healing, understanding that the process can be challenging, but the rewards are transformative.

Rachel earned her Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Denver, and her Bachelor’s degree in Theatre and Dance from The Ohio State University. She believes that integrating creative expression into therapy can facilitate impactful healing. Central to her work is a commitment to building meaningful connections with others and the world around her.

Rachel's previous experience as a Hospice Social Worker provided the opportunity to support patients at end of life, which deepened her understanding of grief, loss, and the death and dying process. Alongside her therapeutic work, she is a home health medical social worker, partnering with aging adults, family members, and care team members to provide social-emotional support and resource navigation to a diverse range of communities.

Outside of her professional work, Rachel enjoys connecting with nature, dance, animals, her two dogs, other cultures, and the many loved ones in her life. Rachel moved to Colorado in 2016 from Berlin, Germany, and is originally from Cleveland, Ohio.
